Returning Unwanted Items

Changed your mind? Not quite right? Don’t worry, we understand. You can return your online purchase up to 20 days from delivery.

If returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and all tags and labels are still attached. In order for the return to be processed the item’s packaging will need to be in a resalable condition, so please open the items carefully when they are received.

Due to hygiene, safety or security reasons certain items, unless faulty, cannot be returned. These include, swimwear. underwear & hosiery.

Please Note – We cannot accept any returned item that has been decorated with logos or customised in any way. We offer a sample logo for your approval before we go ahead with adding any decoration for your peace of mind. If you have any queries about your order, please contact us so we can investigate further.

If you are unsure of your size, we offer a request a sample option for you to try for size and return before decorating.

Click the link to DPD below and fill out the form in order to print your return delivery labels, Drop it off at your local store and we will keep you updated via text and email.


A refund will usually be given within 10 working days from receipt of your parcel and will either be made directly to the card used for the original payment or as a credit to your account. We will deduct £3.99 from your order total to cover the return postage costs and refund the remainder.

A refund will not be possible if:

Items are returned later than 30 days from receipt of your order (unless faulty).
Items are bespoke or have been embroidered/printed according to customer instructions.
Items have been worn, altered or damaged from personal use.
The item is returned without the correct paperwork for us to process the return.
The item is a clearance item (unless faulty).
