We are committed to ensuring people are treated with dignity and respect. Our approach is to implement the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and to recognise and manage the risk of harm associated with unsatisfactory working conditions, discrimination, modern slavery, human trafficking and forced or bonded labour.

We operate a ZERO tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking.

Our Ethical Approach

We have been accredited the ISO 14001 Certification for Environmental Management. This certification is the international standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) which helps us to reduce waste and demonstrate our commitment to protecting the environment.

Other initiatives include:

Boxes and packaging from our warehouse are reused where possible.
All Waste Cardboard, Plastic, Paper and Cans are recycled using Veolia Recycling Bins.

Our electricity is supplied by Engie and is 100% renewables.
Power Sockets and unnecessary lighting are switched off when not in use.

Our delivery service is provided by DPD UK and we have partnered with them because of their Carbon Neutral Commitment through their ‘Driving Change’ policy, following the link to find out more https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/about_dpd/csr.jsp

We are rolling out a planned change in our approach to company vehicles, as contracts come to an end we are swapping over to Pure Electric or Plug in Hybrid cars and vans.

Our Packaging

We are working closely with our packaging suppliers to ensure that the products that we use create as little impact as possible on the environment. By promoting the use of sustainable products and recycling as much as possible we are working hard to reduce our impact on the environment.
