Each and every customer is important to Industrial Workwear; we aim to provide a high level of customer service to all we supply. Some of our customers purchase all of their Workwear and PPE through Industrial Workwear and for that reason we like to reward them with extra benefits.



Consultation Meeting - To start enjoying some of the extra benefits we initially like to hold a meeting to understand your Workwear and
PPE requirements. This provides us with a full insight into what you wear / use, how often you use them, the reason why
you are wearing them. We need to understand this to provide you with best possible solution for all your
Workwear and PPE usage and purchasing. 






Account Manager - Having a designated Account Manager provides you with one point of contact, which will build and develop the relationship.
They will understand your requirements and assist you with any Workwear or PPE needs you may have.
They will advise and update you with information relevant to your purchasing requirements. 






Price Price Agreements - Industrial Workwear endeavours to provide our customers with a competitive pricing structure. We will agree and confirm
all prices for garments at the beginning of the relationship and will keep you updated on any offers or promotions we have that will benefit you.




Webportal System - We will provide you with a unique online shop where you can visit 24/7. This will contain all of your agreed garments,
product codes, colours, logo positions and prices. It is a simple easy and effective way to conduct your Workwear purchasing; we can
even manpack for you. Many of our customers enjoy using the web portal system that we have customised to their requirements. 






Imprest Stock - We are able to hold an imprest stock for our customers allowing them to place an order one day and receive their
order the next for PPE and within a couple of days for decorated items. This provides customers with reassurance that their
requirements will be met in agreed timescales, out lined in their initial meetings and consultations. 






Lead Times - Our lead time for PPE can range from next day delivery to 7 days depending on the products. Decorated and logo’d
garments 7-10 working days, allowance can be made for special requirements. 






Quality Assurance - Industrial Workwear endeavour to provide quality garments and products to their customers regardless of budget.
We strive to source the finest of garments along with high specifications for our entire range. We aim to create customer
satisfaction for both our products and our high level of service. 






Sign Of ISO - We are ISO 9001 accredited proving we have a quality standard throughout our company. This standard is often
stipulated within tenders, and this can eliminate the need for buying authorities to assess us as a quality supplier.
This internationally recognised standard reinforces our company and what we represent.






In-House Logo Facilities - We logo all garments in-house, which cuts down on lead times, it allows us flexibility on adding
staff names and departments as and when requested. Swatch samples of all logos must be approved by your
company before we decorate your garments. We only invest in the most up to date, state of the art machinery to ensure all
of our logo services are to an extremely high standard.
