FAQ

Can I see a sample of the clothing?

Yes, industrial Workwear provide samples of all clothing, we will charge these out at single price and refund the item when retuned to us or simply deduct the amount from your order.
For companies with 50+staff we can arrange for samples to be brought to you along with one of our Account managers to guide and advise you through the decision process.

Do you have a minimum order?

You can order as much or as little as you like we have no minimum order quantities. N.B The more you buy the more you save.

How do I pay for my order/s.

You can pay for your order before you place it or you can open an account with Industrial Workwear and we can invoice you. Please ask one of our sales representatives for an account application form.
Orders placed online must be paid at the checkout before the order can be processed.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once you have placed your order it should take between 7-10 working days for decorated garments to reach you. (This is subject to logo approval)
If you are ordering garments with no decoration or PPE items we like to quote 5-7 working days sometimes we can get items out next day it will depend on the product/garment.
We can provide next day delivery on some items although this may incur a higher delivery charge.

How much is delivery?

On orders over £100 delivery is FREE. Orders under £100 are £6.95. Order consignments to Highlands & Islands are currently charged at £20.00 and Consignments to Europe £30.00

How will I receive my order?

We mainly use a courier to deliver our goods, if you have special instructions please inform us when placing the order so we can relay this back to the courier company. If items are small we may use royal mail and send them first class.

What is the best way for me to place my order?

We would suggest people or companies with less than 20 people order via our website, the best prices for order quantities are based on here for orders of that size.
For companies with 50+ employees the purchasing process can be more complicated and may need guidance from one of our sales team, we would suggest you call us or complete our managed accounts form. You can also send an e-mail to sales@industrialworkwear.com with your enquiry.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and the sample approved by you, orders cannot be cancelled due to the personalised nature of our products.

What is your Returns Policy?

You can return unworn items with no decoration for a full refund within 14 days. They MUST be in their original packaging and in pristine condition.

Please quote Invoice or Order number and return the paperwork with the goods. Please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office or other proof of return in case the items are lost in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any returns on decorated with your name or logo

You will receive a refund within 10 days of your return.
