Times quoted for delivery are approximate roughly between (7-10 working days). Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders on the date requested this may neither be taken as implying any legal obligation to deliver on the due date nor any reason for with holding payment. The Company must be notified in writing of any shortages within 14 days of delivery.
We are happy to supply any quantity.
How long do you take to deliver?
We turn jobs round as fast as possible, depending on the quantity required – a delivery date will be given as soon as you have decided what you would like to order.
How much do you charge for postage?
All goods are delivered first class by Royal Mail or via courier, the cost for delivery to the UK Mainland is currently £5.00 for orders under £100 and FREE for orders over £100. Order consignments to the Highlands & Islands are currently charged at £20.00 and Consignments to Europe £30.00
You can return unworn items to us for a full refund.
They MUST be in original packaging and unworn. Please return items to: -

Please quote Invoice or Order number and return the paperwork with the goods. Please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office or other proof of return in case the items are lost in transit.

You will receive a refund within 10 days of your return.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order has been placed and the sample approved by you, orders cannot be cancelled due to the personalised nature of our products.
Payment must be made when placing your order. (Sample approved first) unless you have an approved account.
